Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp corianderjuice of 1 lime 1/2 tsp salt coarsely ground black pepper 1 white onion, finely sliced 1 lb flank steak
Directions
Mix together the vegetable oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, corriander and white onion.

Coat the meat with the onion mixture, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preheat a grill or griddle pan until very hot. Cook the steak on the grill or griddle until cooked to taste.

You can top it with melted Farmers Cheese, if that appeals to you. (not included in calculation)
