Roasted cauliflower with tahini and hemp hearts

2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Tahini Squeeze lemon juiceSaltPepper0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice 0.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cut up cauliflower. Spray tray with PAM or cooking spray. Add cauliflower, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Drizzle with tahini. Mix. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix. Sprinkle on hemp hearts. Mix. Enjoy.
