Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz)Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Onions, raw, 2 large Garlic, 4 cloves Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.5 cup Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Egg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Sour cream (optional, not included in nutrition info)
1.In a slow cooker, combine meat, carrots, onions, and garlic. In a small bowl, combine broth, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and pour over meat and vegetable mixture in crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low heating for 8-9 hours or high for 3.5 to 4.5 hours.
3. If using low-heat setting, turn to high heat and stir in red peopper. Cover and cook for 30 minutes more. Serve over noodles. Top with sour cream if desired.
