Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
1 medium avocado, pitted and chopped1 cup canned chick-peas or garbanzo bean, drained1/3 cup chopped onion2 large garlic cloves, minced3 teaspoons lemon juice1 teaspoon hot sauce1 teaspoon ground cumin2 tablespoons tahini
Directions
1. Place all ingredients except crackers in blender or food processor container; cover.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Place in bowl; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Makes 32 1 tablespoon servings
