Ingredients
1.0 cup Wheat bran, crude8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal (1c), 2 Tbsp.16.0 tbsp chia seeds (1c)16.0 serving malt-o-meal, original, dry (3 Tbs)(3c total)
Directions
Mix with 1 cup water and cook 2 minutes in microwave on high. Stir half way. Add any flavors and let stand a few minutes before heating for 30 seconds on high. Serving Size: 1/4 cup uncooked
