Bec's Basic Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup natural yoghurt 1 cup milk (I use almond milk but any milk will work) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp your Honey (Or your chosen sweetener)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container. Cover firmly with the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6-8 hours). Enjoy straight from the fridge, with your chosen toppings (I like banana and berries).

Serving Size: Makes 2 large or 3 small serves
