Black Bean Burritos

Ingredients
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Beans, black 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555)
Directions
Spray non-stick pan lightly with olive oil. Saute garlic, peppers, onion & mushrooms 5-10 min. Add tomato sauce & seasonings. Cover & cook 10-15 min. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add drained & rinsed beans. Serve on Ole Extreme Wellness multigrain tortillas. Cheese is optional.
