3 Large Eggs1 cup Milk, 1% 2 tbsp Butter melted1 cup Flour, sifted1/4 tsp Salt
Blend eggs, milk, and butter until smooth.
Combine flour and salt.
Slowly blend flour mixture into batter until smooth.
Place in well greased cup cake pans. I have used butter and Pam spray both work.
Place in cold oven and set the temperature at 400 degrees. Bake for up to 40-50 min. They are done when they are well browned
You can easily split them into smaller portions, just keep an eye on them as baking time will be less.
Serving Size: Makes 6 to 12 servings. Nutrition info based on 12 serving size.
