BLT half sandwich

Ingredients
3 slices bacon, cooked & drained2 slices white bread, toasted1 TBS mayo1 slice tomato1 slice onion1 leaf romaine lettuceBuild the sandwich - cut in half - put 1/2 into a ziplock for another meal.
Directions
Zap the bacon in your microwave or cook in a heavy iron skillet or bake in the oven. Toast the bread if you like & spread mayo on it.

Layer items as you like - salt & pepper the tomato if desired. Cut in half & put 1/2 into a baggie for another meal.
