Ingredients
1.0 cup Cider Vinegar8.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 serving low sugar needed pectin
Directions
In large pot combine all ingredients except pectin. Heat and use immersion blender to achieve a smooth consistency. Cook on a low boil for about 30 min. Add in pectin and cook another 10 min. Divide into mason jars while hot and seal. Let cool completely before storing in the refrigerator. Serving Size: 1 TBS
