Ingredients
1 tbsp Silan 1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant, fresh 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut eggplant in half Place cut down on a pan - add water to the pan up to middle of eggplant When water run down , add oil ,soy and Silan to the pan Cook for another minute and than turn eggplants skin down to another minute Serve warm or cold optional to add tehina
