Ingredients
4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 7 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Directions
Melt butter, caramelize onions, pour in broth, heat, put in pumpkin, heat, immersion blender and add coconut milk. Heat throughly.
