Ingredients
1 tsp Oregano, ground 1.50 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Salt 5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 16 oz Turkey Burger, Jennie-O 5 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 1 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower 3.50 cup Hunt's diced tomatoes , basil, garlic & oregano 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
brown burger and drain off fat, add onion and carrots and cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Can also be made in a crockpot - cook for 5-6 hours on low heat.
