1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 1tsp Olive Oil0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.3 small Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning16.0 oz Venison, ground1.0 serving Pork Rind (0.5 oz)1.5 oz Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese1.5 serving Cheese - Tillamook Sliced Med. Cheddar (1 slice/serving)
Mix all but cheese. Flatten and lie cheese on top. Roll into loaf. Bake at 400°F about 40 min or until meat is well done.
