Ingredients
1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)6.0 bagel (3-1/2" dia) Bagels, plain2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard6.0 serving Eggs - Hard Boiled Whites - 1 Large Egg4.0 serving Sausage - Tennessee Pride Country Sausage 2oz
Directions
Combine diced hard boiled eggs, mustard, mayonnaise, cooked pork, and cheese in bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 oz of mixture on top of bagel and cook in oven or toaster oven until browned. Micture can be saved in fridge up to 5 days. Serving Size: 12 servings (2 oz of mix and 1/2 bagel)
