10 Min. Pan Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 Pound Thin Cut Boneless Pork Chops(trimmed)1/2 cup Itailian Style Bread Crumbs3 tbsChicken Seasoning4 tbs Seasonall 1 cup canola oilPam Garlic Flavored Cooking Spray
Directions
In a shallow bowl or pan combine Bread Crumbs, and Seasonings mix well. (adjust seasonings to taste)

Spray raw pork chops front and back with cooking spray and dredge through the dry breading mixture making sure everything is well coated. Repeat this step. (this will ensure the coating is on well enough to stay in place)

In a high sided skillet or frying pan heat enough oil to come 1/2 way up the sides of the chops. (this will vary depending on the size of the pan and thickness of the meat.) Heat until you see small ripples in the oil and place the meat in the pan and cook on each side for just a couple min. Again this will vary depending on the meats thickness. Flip and finish cooking until it is golden brown on both sides.
