Ingredients
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat0.5 cup Salsa5.0 oz Ground beef, lean10.0 medium (approx 5" dia) Taco Shells0.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes2.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.25 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated
Directions
Set oven to 325 Cut green pepper into bite sized pieces Strain diced tomatoes Set stovetop to high Warm oil and seasonings in pan Add ground beef, green peppers, diced tomatoes, and some Salsa into the pan Cook the Shells in the oven approximately five minutes Put grated cheese, Salsa, and the yogurt in separate bowls for individual taste Once the beef mixture is cooked, set to simmer and put a 1/4 cup per Taco Shells Serving Size: 2 taco
