Ingredients
2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 5 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1.5 cup Bush's Black Beans 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add all ingredients and cook until tender.
