Green eggs

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1 tbsp water0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 clove Garlic 0.25 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese
Directions
Saute veggies until tender. Scramble eggs and water in small bowl and pour over veggies. Cook stir until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper. Serving Size: 1 serving
