Ingredients
0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 2 cup Schwan Tortellini 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 6 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Dice or shred all vegetables Boil tortellini per package instructions Remove from pot and place in bowl Boil cauliflower in remaining water. Add all vegetables to bowl Mix oil and vinegar and toss Season as desired. I used 1 T oregano and 2 t garlic powder You can add some zing with 1 can Rotel tomatoes Chill before serving BE CREATIVE! Serving Size: Makes 5 - 1.5 Cup Servings
