Pork Chops with Sour Cream & Chive Gravy

Ingredients
Four boneless pork chops2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp flour3/4 cup water1 cup sour cream1 cup chives, chopped
Directions
Bake four boneless pork chops at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. In a small saucepan, mix olive oil and flour, whisk 3 minutes. Add water, cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Whisk in sour cream, cook for 7 minutes. Add in chives. Spoon gravy over pork chops.
