1 cup fresh raspberries, rinsed1 cup fresh blackberries, rinsed2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed1 cup *granulated Splenda 1/4 cup cold water2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Cook the berries and Splenda over medium heat in a saucepan. While they are cooking, mix the cold water and cornstarch. When the cooking berries are bubbling and have released their juices, add the cornstarch mixture, and stir well until mixture thickens. Makes about 6 servings, 1/2 cup per serving.
*Make sure to use the granulated, and not the regular Splenda. The granulated is fluffier and is equivalent in measuring to sugar.
