Ingredients
16 tbsp Bel Gioioso Mascarpone Cheese 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Organic Valley Ghee Butter .25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 3 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (by ELLISONDARLING)

8 oz. mascarpone cheese
1 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp vanilla ext
1 Tbsp almond flour
2 Tbsp fine macaroon coconut
2.5 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 Tbsp (or more to taste) Lakanto

Combine in order, mix well.
Scoop into 10 bombs, chill. Keep refrigerated.
