Ingredients
1 serving Bimbo Pan Integral (1 serving/2 rebanadas) 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.3 slice (15 per 8 oz package) Mortadella 1 slices Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
Directions
Mix the eggs and spill them in a hot nonstick skillet. When the egg begins to cook, add the bread and dip them with the egg on both sides. Once the egg is cooked, turn the omelette. add the cheese and/or other condiments that you want to add. fold the egg that is left over to the side of the bread and close the sandwich. leave in the pan a few more minutes to melt the cheese well.
