1.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 dash Pepper, black3.0 tbsp Break Free 100% Liquid Egg Whites Kroger3.0 cup green giant cauliflower rice0.25 tsp No Salt potassium chloride salt substitute1.0 tbsp Italian seasoning
Rice cauliflower and place in med. sized mixing bowl. Add spices and egg. Mix well. Laying 1/2 mixture on a baking sheet, shape as preferred. Baked at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
( or toast in a toaster oven for 3 to 5 minutes )
