Hunt's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.75 cup Hunt's Meatloaf Starter 16 oz Ground beef 16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) 1 serving Yellow Sweet Bellpepper (Half a pepper) (by CARIELT) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Combine meats with breadcrumbs and s&p. Knead in peppers and onions.
Lightly beat eggs and combine with half the sauce.
Mix well with meat mixture and place in loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour and drain.
Pour remaining sauce over loaf and bake 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
