1 can CHICK PEAS or Garbanzos, rinsed, drained, blotted1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Coriander seed 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 serving Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray (by DRENSHAW)
Combine chick peas and seasonings, Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 400 F, ~30 min until crispy.
