Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
3 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 250 grams White Rice, medium grain 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 small Onions, raw 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Slightly fry the onion and 1 pepper in 1 tbs of olive oil. Than add the chopped tomatoes. Stir for 1 min and then add the rice and 3 cups of water. Add all your favorite seasoning. I added salt, three color pepper and oregano. After 10-15 min boiling, stuff the peppers with the mass and then put it in the oven in 200 Celsius for aprox. 40 min.
And you have a delicious low calories meal. Enjoy
