Potato Curry

Ingredients
93 gram(s) Red Onions Raw 399 gram(s) Potatoes Boiled With Skin 16 gram(s) Coconut Oil Nutiva Organic 14g = 1 tbsp 12 grams Butter, unsalted 6 gram Aurora Sea Salt 5 gram(s) Mango powder (by SHIRHPP) 1 tsp mild chilli powder (by YEAHBUTNOBUTT) .5 tsp Turmeric, ground 3 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Boil potatoes and mash them.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds.

Add chopped onions. Add 1/4 tsp salt.

Cook for a couple of minutes and add mashed potatoes. Add salt 3/4 tsp of salt.

Turn off stove and add turmeric, mango powder, Deggi mirch or any chilli powder and chopped cilantro. Mix well and set aside.

Take 2 slices of bread. Apply some butter. On one slice of bread put mashed potatoes. You can pile on as much potato filling as you like. Put the other slice on top and cook it in a sandwich maker or a panini maker.

Dribble any hot sauce to garnish and serve them warm.
