Ingredients

    1 cup mung sprouts
    1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
    1 cup tomato, chopped
    1/4 tsp cumin seed, powdered
    Pinch of chili powder
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 pinches of salt [the amount you can hold tightly between your forefinger and thumb]
    1 tbsp coriander leaves [dried], 4 tbsp fresh
    1 cup puffed rice, ready to eat/fortified

Directions

Keep the puffed rice aside. Toss the rest of the ingredients together.
Add the puffed rice just before you serve, so that they remain crisp when you serve it.
Other options:
1) To have it as a snack, you may avoid the puffed rice.
2) You can avoid the puffed rice and add some crushed chips of your choice.
You can have it as a complete meal or a snack.
