0.062 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 Tblspn)4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 20 g Collagen Peptides, Vital Proteins (2 scoops)7 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g .5 cup, Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Stir all ingredients, except cream, together in a small microwave-safe bowl. (This includes the optional sweetener and salt if using.)
Heat in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, until thickened.
