Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 Tbsp 4 cup stir fry veg,frozen,Great Value brand 4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
Toast rice in butter, then cook normally (2 cups of water for each cup of rice)
Microwave frozen vegetables as instructed in bag, then drain
Add vegetables to rice
Add soy sauce and mix

Serving Size: Makes 4 1.5 cup servings
