rogan josh turkey curry

Ingredients
1 Jar Ragan Josh cooking sauce1 cup water 500g Turkey Breast Steaks and Pieces (chopped into small bitesize pieces)1 large onion (Chopped finely)2 cloves garlic (Chopped and Crushed)1 tbs Madras curry powder (Optional)1 tbs Tomato puree
Directions
Makes 4-6 serving
heat a large pan
spray the pan with 2 sprays of oil to coat the surface then add the onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes taking care not to burn
Add the chopped turkey breast and fry, spray the turkey with 3 sprays of cooking oil and fry untill coated.
Add 1tbs tomator puree and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the jar of rogan josh sauce and 1 cup of water. Sprinkle the Madrass curry powder on top and stir in.
cook on stove for 20 mins ensuring all meat is cooked.
Serve on a bed of brown rice and salad
