Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 TBSP Olive Oil (I like extra virgin)1 TBSP White Vinegar (other vinegars will work too)1TBSP lemon juice2 tsp dijon mustard1 clove garlicSaltPepper
Directions
Mince garlic, then smash with salt and pepper (to taste). Mix in 1TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP white vinegar/lemon juice and 2 TSP of dijon mustard. Stir well. You can also try basamic vinegar, wine vinegars and other oils. Thickens up a bit in the fridge but can still be stored for a few days. Yummy!
