Kheila's Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat1/2 med onion sliced1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli1/2 cup teriyaki sauce2 tbs. sugar
Directions
slice stew meat thin...like the beef looks in regular chinese food

brown meat in skillet on high heat

combine teriyaki sauce and sugar

add onion, broccoli, & sauce after meat is brown

cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes

    i used soy vay hoisan garlic sauce instead of teriyaki sauce and sugar and it was delicious! This was so simple an excellent idea when you dont have much in the kitchen! - 12/18/12

    The overall flavor was alright, would be better with a little more sauce & some garlic or something. Also flank steak might be better than stew meat. - 9/3/08
