Ingredients
1 strip, large (3" long) Carrots, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow 3 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 3 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1)
Directions
Cut carrots in stripes and put in jar
Make brine by boiling salt in water
Add mustard seeds, garlic and chilli powder to jar
Pour brine to the top of the jar
Close the jar tightly and put at a cool temperature
