Lemon Orzo and Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 breasts of chicken1 box of orzo (1 lbs)2 bag fresh spinach1/2 bag frozen broccoli (cooked)3 tbsp lemon juice1 to 3 garlic clovessaltpepper
Directions
Cook orzo in boiling water for 9 min. Meanwhile, heat skillet with olive oil and butter spread along with the garlic clove/s. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Add cooked frozen broccoli to mix. Let sit until further action. In another skillet, cook chicken, cut into small bite size pieces. Drain orzo. Add chicken and orzo to cooked veggie skillet. Add salt, pepper, and lemon to taste. Heat all together. Enjoy hot or cold!
