Quiche - Asparagus and Ham

4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.34 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 5.44 tbsp Tillamook reduced fat sour cream (by CHELLESWEET) 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup Asparagus, fresh 4 oz Boar's Head Rosemary Ham (by SLIMIN07!)
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and bisquick together. Saute the onions. Put the cheese, onions, asparagus and ham into pie dish, pour liquid mix over top. Bake at 390 for 45 minutes until golden brown color on top.
