Quinoa cucumber feta salad

Ingredients
6 serving Athenos Traditional Feta Crumbled 11 tbsp great value dried cranberries & honey roasted almonds (by SMARTPOET06) 1 large Onions, raw 16 oz Cucumbers, Euro Fresh Farms Mini (0.5Cup/52gm) 1 tbsp Honey 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 1.25 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 tsp mixed herbs (dried) (by TABSNPICKLES)
Directions
cook the quinoa with double the water.
After its done, mix it with the honey, oil and herbs and salt.
After it cools down added chopped cucumber, onion, cheese and almond cranberries.
Mix it well and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or two. Makes a yummy side dish or a main salad
