45 grams Tone It Up Plant Based Protien Powder Vanilla (by KATIELINT) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.125 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt (by ABSAARI84) 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 0.25 cup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Spectrum Organic Ground Chia Seeds (by ROMA3118) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
350*F for 15-20 minutes
soak chia seeds in 2 Tbsp water for 15 mins.
ground oatmeal to flour in blender.
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients.
Fold wet into dry and stir. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
