Mexican Omelette

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A0.25 cup Salsa1.0 serving Cheese Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Colby Jack Cheese 80 ncalorie 1/4 c0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Mix eggs, onions and milk, add to your fry pan and cook until little or no liquid remains on top Flip for 1 minute. Pour on plate sprinkle on the cheese and salsa on 1/2 of the egg. Flip 1/2 of the egg on top of the other. Serve.
