Ingredients
1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tbsp White vinegar 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 12 small Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Put marinade ingredients together in a baggie and add chicken cut into 1” cubes. Marinate 2 hours or more. Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 min. Lightly grease outdoor grill Remove chicken from marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Alternately thread chicken, bell pepper pieces, onion pieces, cherry tomatoes, and mushroom on skewers. Cook skewers on preheated grill, turning frequently until browned on all sides and chicken is no longer pink in center, about 10 min
