Cauliflower Mashed "Potatoes"

Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Cook cauliflower until tender (in chicken stock instead of water for added flavor). Combine in food processor until smooth: cooked cauliflower, butter, cream, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
