1.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Salt 8 oz Rice Dream - Organic Rice Milk (Original) 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Sift dry ingredients into a big bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir (do not overmix; a few lumps are okay). Cook on a lightly-oiled griddle.
