Hawaiian-ish BBQ Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
1.0 large Onions, raw3.0 tbsp Molasses48.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.25 cup Del Monte 100% Juice Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice [1 serving = 1/2 cup (122g)]3.0 tsp Stubb's liquid smoke1.0 tbsp white wine vinegar4.0 tbsp Winco soy sauce less sodium10.0 tbsp kirkland organic tomato paste3.0 tbsp Spicy Garlic Seasoning3.0 tbsp Stir Fry Seasoning
Directions
Chop and saute onions. Mix all sauce ingredients including cooked onion in crock pot and add chicken. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, shred and place back in pot on warm for 30 minutes. Serve. Serving Size: 5 oz.
