Corn Tamales (Tamalito) (Ducunu)

Ingredients
1 cup Granulated Sugar 1.5 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Pepper, black 5 cup Yellow Cornmeal
Directions
Additional ingredients needed:
2 large cans of kernel whole corn or 12 cans of corn
2 sticks of Butter (melted)
1/4 Cup of bacon fat or any oil
1 Habanero (optional)
1 Can Coconut Milk

1. Open cans of corns and drain
2. In a big bowl, pour in Corn tamales mix, set aside
3. In a blender pour in some of the coconut milk
4. Add Habanero (if using) & as much corn as blender could take.
5. Blend corn until well puree then add to the Corn tamales mix & mix well
6. Repeat steps until all corn has been blended
7. Add melted butter & oil to the Corn tamales mix & mix well
8. Take foil of Corn Husk and fill with 1 cup of the mixture & fold.
9. Place the corn tamales in a steamer and steam for 15 to 30 mins
10 Enjoy
