Peanut ginger dressing

Ingredients
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar 3 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce 4 tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 6 tbsp Pure Vegetable Oil 2 tsp Ginger Root minced2 tsp Garlic minced1/4 cup heaping Brown Sugar unpacked1 serving PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Mix all together and stir with emulsion blender. Store in jar and keep refrigerated. Can thin with a little water if to thick. Serving Size: Makes approx. 1 cup or 16 tablespoons (2 tbls per serving)
