Spinach Feta Quiche

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 oz Feta Cheese 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.15 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.1 cup Flour, white
Directions
Sauté spinach and onion in the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Beat eggs with parm, flour, salt, and pepper. Combine in a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 30 mins
