Ingredients
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats 4 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 4 tbsp Flax Seeds - Bob's Red Mill Organic Natural Raw Whole flaxseeds, srvg size= 2T 4 tbsp Kirkland 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Directions
Mix well, spread on baking sheet and air fry or convection bake at 375 for 4 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove when top pieces are starting to brown. Eat plain or on top of yogurt or oatmeal.
