Ingredients
12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Great Value Pizza Sauce (by ANGELLTN) 1.5 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 0.33 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Cut pepper in half lengthwise, deseed and parboil them. Set aside to cool. Mix 12 oz of chicken with 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, the pizza sauce, garlic, the parmesan and any seasoning you might want. Put into peppers and top with remaining mozzarella. bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
